There has been no definition of stress that everyone accepts. Therefore, it’s difficult to measure stress if there is no agreement on what the definition of stress should be.
People have very different ideas with respect to their definition of stress. Probably the most common is, “physical, mental, or emotional strain or tension”. Another popular definition of stress is, “a condition or feeling experienced when a person perceives that demands exceed the personal and social resources the individual is able to mobilize.”
Most people consider the definition of stress to be something that causes distress. Everyone has stress. However, Stress and anxiety are very common in today’s entertainment industry. It is very important to know how to handle stress naturally since it can affect our daily life performance badly.
Hence, I am delighted to announce our next Meetup Event on 25th March, Saturday, 4 pm to 6 pm. However, this time it will be different than before.
In our previous meet ups, I have showed what are the damaging effects of stress on our body, how to do goal setting in a way proven by neuroscience and then we watched movie. However, this time I will make conduct it in a more practical way since many of our previous participants are still contacting me everyday for their stress management, I thought it would be great to help you learn how to manage stress by yourself. That is why this time we wont show any movie but focus on how to do self relaxation using a few simple techniques .
